Our Book With Confidence guarantee has been introduced to provide you with peace of mind when booking with us so that you can enjoy every moment of your holiday. Our Book with Confidence guarantee applies to group tours.

Secure your spot with a transferrable Flexi-Deposit from just $300 on most group tours. In some cases, a progress payment is required - our Reservations team will happily advise if this applies to your tour. T&Cs and some exclusions apply.

2. Change of Mind Guarantee

Don't miss out! Secure your spot with confidence knowing that if you change your mind in the next 7 days you can switch to another tour without penalty or obtain a full refund. T&Cs and some exclusions apply.

Terms & Conditions

We may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit, meaning that services may become unavailable or prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable. In some cases the amount of the deposit may be higher where, for example, we need to pre-purchase flight tickets, accommodation or other services and in the case of our flight upgrade special offers, to which early airline ticketing may apply- please see the terms and conditions of individual special offers for further information. Higher deposits are required for all cruise & tour holidays, Beyond The Brahmaputra, India & The Sacred Ganges and Vietnam & Red River Uncovered cruise itineraries.

Flexi deposit
In the event of cancellation, your initial $300 per person deposit may be utilised as a credit toward future travel. This policy applies exclusively to group tours and excludes Cruise & Tour, certain river cruise tours, tailor made itineraries, special groups, short stays and extensions.

7-day change of mind policy
Provided your booking does not fall within 75 days of departure, for 7 days after paying the initial $300 per person deposit, you may amend your booking (subject to availability), or cancel your booking for any reason without incurring Wendy Wu Tours fees. In the case of amendment, any applicable difference in the package price would be payable, but no Wendy Wu Tours amendment fee would be charged.

After this 7-day period, the $300 per person deposit becomes non-refundable, in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
This policy applies exclusively to group tours and excludes Cruise & Tour, certain river cruise tours, tailor-made itineraries, special groups, short stays, and extensions.
