Upon arrival at Paro Airport, you will be transferred to your Thimpu Hotel.
Visit to the National Library, the institute for Zorig Chusum (painting school), the National Memorial Chorten, the Folk Heritage and National Textile museums. Later, explore Trashi Chhoe Dzong, the 'Fortress of the Glorious Religion',
Drive to Punakha via Douchu-La: if the sky is clear you may be able to view the Himalayan peaks in the distance. After check in, proceed to visit Punakha Dzong and Khamsum Yulley Namgyl Chorten. Later in the day, travel 15 minutes to Chimi Lakhang. On arrival, you will walk through paddy fields and villages to reach the temple, where will have a rare glimpse into the daily life and lifestyle of the local people who live there.
After breakfast visit Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhan, perched on a ridge amid pine trees and overlooking valleys of Punakha and Wangdue Phodrang. In the afternoon hike up through fields of chilies, cabbages to Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Chorten, which was built to remove negative forces and promote peace, stability and harmony in the changing world.
Early morning start as you commence the drive back to Paro visiting the Simtokha Dzong en route. Upon arrival this afternoon, visit Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower inaugurated as Bhutan's National Museum in 1968. Afterwards, walk down a hillside trail to visit the remarkable Rinpung Dzong, home of the Paro Festival activities.
Hike to Taktsang Monastery, known as 'Tigers Nest'. The hike will take you halfway up the trail where you will enjoy lunch. Visit the ruins of Drukgyal Dzong and Kyichu Lhakhang on your return to Paro.
Transfer to Paro airport where your arrangements end.

If a share partner is found, the Single Supplement will be removed from your booking. If a share partner is not found, the Single Supplement will remain and is payable with your final balance.
If you are booking on a Dedicated Solo departure, a single room is already included in the price and there are no additional single supplements to pay.
