At 509.2m tall, the Taipei 101 Tower is one of the world’s tallest buildings and is Taiwan’s treasured skyscraper.
Taipei 101 is named for its 101 above-ground floors, but is still referred to by its original name, the Taipei Financial Centre by the Taiwanese. As well as learning about the engineering and history on constructing this impressive building, visitors can enjoy 365-degree panoramic views over the sprawling city of Taipei below and beyond.
The observatory is spread over 4 floors. It takes just 37 seconds to reach the indoor observatory located on the 89th floor (a Guinness World Record). Access to the outdoor observatory located on the 91st floor is extra cost.
