Our Book With Confidence guarantee has been introduced to provide you with peace of mind when booking with us so that you can enjoy every moment of your holiday. Our Book with Confidence guarantee applies to group tours.

1. Low deposit - just $300pp

Secure your spot with a deposit of $300pp on every tour. A progress payment may be required with some tour departures. Our reservations team will advise at the time of enquiry.

2. Your safety is our priority

4. Australian owned & accredited

We are an Australian owned business with offices in Sydney, London, Auckland and Xian. We are fully accredited members of ATAS (Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme), AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents), CATO (Council of Australian Tour Operators) and IATA (International Air Transport Association).

Terms & Conditions

We may not hold any services for you until we receive payment of your deposit, meaning that services may become unavailable or prices may increase, in which case you will be responsible for paying the increased price, and we will not be responsible if services become unavailable. In some cases the amount of the deposit may be higher where, for example, we need to pre-purchase flight tickets, accommodation or other services and in the case of our flight upgrade special offers, to which early airline ticketing may apply- please see the terms and conditions of individual special offers for further information. This will be advised at the time of quotation.

7-day change of mind policy
Provided your booking does not fall within 75 days of departure, for 7 days after paying the initial $300 per person deposit, you may amend your booking (subject to availability), or cancel your booking for any reason without incurring Wendy Wu Tours fees. In the case of amendment, any applicable difference in the package price would be payable, but no Wendy Wu Tours amendment fee would be charged.

After this 7-day period, the $300 per person deposit becomes non-refundable, in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
This policy applies exclusively to group tours and excludes Cruise & Tour, certain river cruise tours, tailor-made itineraries, special groups, short stays, and extensions.

Flexi deposit
In the event of cancellation, your initial $300 per person deposit may be utilised as a credit toward future travel. This policy applies exclusively to group tours and excludes Cruise & Tour, certain river cruise tours, tailor made itineraries, special groups, short stays and extensions.
