I could not fault anything from start to finish. If there is a problem they deal with it promptly and everyone is always very helpful. Also the tour guides to date on my trips have been fantastic . The great thing is all i need to think about is what time do we meet the next day. I don't have to do a whole lot of research where I should go , checking out restaurants, hoping I've picked one that is ok.

She took the time to explore different options and prices. She ensured we understood what was included in the holiday.

We have just booked a Japan tour for mid May 2025, so we are only at the booking stage. So far we have liaised with Natasha Beach at Wendy Wu, who could not have been more patient and helpful, fielding the numerous questions we had about flights and arrangements for the tour generally. It's our first long haul trip and we are a little anxious and very excited in equal measure. Natasha's calmed the nerves and I'm certain she will give us any help required to make this a memorable trip for me and my son.
