Our Tour: Excellent

Excellent trip, well co-ordinated, lead by a very good guide. Hotels and food very good. Halong Bay cruise very good but a little disappointed with quality of rooms on boat.

From the first until the final day the service was superb. Absolutely no complaints

Product :

It was excellent. Both Guides were brilliant. Hotels were really great and of course both countries were beautiful. I'd recommend this trip to anyone. Only disappointment was bad weather meant we couldn't go on Halong Bay cruise due to bad weather. No one's fault and alternative activities were great.

The organisation was excellent. Both of the national guides (Ra in Cambodia and Kim in Vietnam) were very good, particularly Kim who was outstanding because of his knowledge of the history of the country.

Product :

Angkor Wat and Halong Bay were the highlights, an extra night on the Halong Bay cruise would have been an added bonus.

The planning was excellent and the local guides good especially in Vietnam.

One or two of the hotels and a few of the meals out were a bit disappointing, but the Halong Bay cruise was superb.
