The Vietnam Trails tour was fantastic! We saw so many different places and were well looked after. Our guide was brilliant and very informative about everywhere we went. The night train was a great experience, and I really enjoyed it. Sapa was beautiful and Ha Long Bay was spectacular. I would highly recommend Vietnam and Wendy Wu tours to everyone

We had an excellent tour guide in Nguyen Van Quang

Product :

Cambodia and Vietnam were very good with the exception of the SaPa extension which we felt was poor.
The hotels were not up to the standards in the southern parts of Vietnam. The town was dirty and dusty and there are too many of the local ethnic groups selling there wares by pestering the tourists. The tour guide eventually listened to us that we didn't wish to take part in long mountain treks.

We regret any disappointment with the hotels in Vietnam and rest assured, we will continue to closely monitor the feedback we receive.

Easy booking over phone. Responsive team when i had questions. Very helpful people from first booking right the way through to departure for home. Wendy Wu as a company could not have done better.

Product :

An excellent tour covering the major temples of Cambodia all the way to Hanoi with all the most important sites well covered. Ample opportunities for resort time and shopping too. We extended to Sapa so got almost to the Chinese border. a great trip.
