Take some time to explore two of Taiwan's highlights with this short stay, visit Taroko National Park to see the beautiful Eternal Spring Shrine before soaking up the sights of Sun Moon Lake.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – TAROKO NATIONAL PARK CLOSURE: Due to the earthquake on April 3, 2024, which impacted Eastern Taiwan, Taroko National Park and the Cross-Island Highway between Hualien (Taroko) and Sun Moon Lake are closed currently closed for repairs with no set reopening date.
Upon arrival at Taipei, you will be met by a driver and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Transfer by road to Taroko National Park, driving along the breathtaking east coast cliff highway, taking a photo stop en route at Chingshui Cliff to enjoy the splendid scenery of the Pacific Ocean. Upon arrival at Taroko National Park, enjoy a tour of the Toroko Gorge Gateway, Eternal Spring Shrine and Swallow Grotto. (B)
This morning, travel to Sun Moon Lake driving along the central cross island highway on Mt Hehuan where you will have panoramic views over the central mountain ranges. Upon arrival at Sun Moon Lake, visit Wen Wu Temple, Holy Monk Shrine, Ita Thao Village and Tze-En Pagoda. (B)
Your day is at leisure until the time comes to transfer to Taipei for your onward flight. An additional night in Taipei may be required depending on your flight time. (B)

On most tours, you can choose our 'Happy to Share' option, which may enable you to share a twin room with other solo customers of the same gender who also request Happy to Share. If a share partner is found, the Single Supplement will be removed from your booking. If a share partner is not found, the Single Supplement will remain and is payable with your final balance.
If you are booking on a Dedicated Solo departure, a single room is already included in the price and there are no additional single supplements to pay.
